What this site collects
Nothing. This site is a static site. It sets no cookie, uses no advertising tracker and does not measure your browsing.
No account is created, no profile is built.
The access map
The map on the Find us page is provided by Google. It does not load on its own: as long as you do not ask for it to be displayed, no information goes to Google.
If you display it, Google sets its cookies and receives your IP address, according to its own privacy policy. The drawn map and the link to the Google listing remain available without displaying anything.
The contact form
When the contact form is active, the information you enter there, your name, your e-mail address and your stay dates, will be used only to reply to you. It will be neither sold nor passed on to a third party.
It will be kept for as long as it takes to handle your request, then for three years for commercial follow-up purposes.
Booking
Stay enquiries currently go through WhatsApp. The link opens your application with a message already written, which you read over and send yourself: we see nothing before you have sent it, and the exchange then falls under the privacy policy of WhatsApp.
The day a booking engine is put in place, it will be an outside service, with its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You may request access to, the correction of, or the deletion of the information concerning you by writing to lesjardinsdesilona@hotmail.com.
The house is established in Morocco and comes under law 09-08 relative à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel.
